About The Position

Join the Crew Behind Epic Stays: Houseperson. At The Fold Hotels - andCo Hospitality, we're all about turning vacations into stories worth telling. Ever had a trip so good you considered staying forever? We get that a lot. And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Delivering linens, towels, and supplies to keep rooms fresh and fabulous.
Maintaining the cleanliness of resort exteriors, including windows, doors, and outdoor areas.
Performing power-washing and assisting with recovery from adverse weather conditions.
Managing the removal of trash, recyclables, and packaging materials.
Ensuring common areas such as hallways and stairwells are guest-ready and free of clutter.
Stocking suites with necessary supplies.
Moving furniture and appliances carefully to avoid damage.
Operating golf carts safely on resort property.
Organizing and maintaining storage closets.
Assisting with deliveries, managing lost and found items, and performing various odd jobs.
Reporting any maintenance or operational issues observed.
Collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover.
