About The Position

Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Houseperson and support our housekeeping team in delivering clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a team. Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination known for exceptional guest service and a strong team culture. Our housekeeping support team plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This role includes a variety of responsibilities to support daily operations.

Requirements

Reliable with availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shift
Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Stock and maintain housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and supply areas
Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas
Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and common areas
Deliver guest-requested items (cots, cribs, refrigerators, etc.)
Sweep patios and assist with light exterior cleaning (windows, entryways)
Move furniture and assist with room setup as needed
Support room attendants by keeping floors clear and organized
Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to the team
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and service standards
