About The Position

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by transporting linens, delivering supplies and guest-requested items, and helping maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready areas. The role includes cleaning public spaces, restocking housekeeping supplies, assisting Room Attendants with physical tasks, monitoring assigned areas, and completing additional housekeeping or setup duties as operational needs require. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells, to brand standards.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing.
Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
Promptly deliver guest-requested items such as rollaways, cribs, towels, and amenities.
Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks, including linen removal, furniture movement, and setup needs.
Monitor the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas and report maintenance concerns.
Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
