About The Position
The Ryder is a boutique hotel described as an inviting oasis in the heart of a beloved city, offering a pool, coffee bar, and tropical bar. The Houseperson is considered the silent hero of the housekeeping department, taking pride in their role and ensuring the department is ready for action. Their main duties include assisting room attendants by cleaning hallways, removing trash, and stocking closets.

Responsibilities
- Remove trash and linens from guestrooms based on standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of the corridors, stairs, and guest amenities like Nooks/hydration stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of property lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, and public areas of the hotel
- Deep clean assigned areas of the property, including shampooing of rooms and elevators
- Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request
- Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools
- Greet each guest warmly and professionally
