About The Position
A Houseperson at Vail Resorts' Ritz Carlton Collection is responsible for assisting room attendants with general cleaning of guest rooms. This includes vacuuming, shampooing of carpets; cleaning/waxing of floors; trash removal; stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties. This position involves a high level of guest interaction.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, move moderate weight
- Remain on one's feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail

- Dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that the high Vail Hospitality and Ritz Carlton Residences standards are met
- Able to adjust and work as a team player to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Must be able to communicate in efficiently in English
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours without sitting
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience housekeeping in hotels or condos
- High School diploma
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
