About The Position

As a Houseperson on Hilton’s Hotels team, you help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness of designated hotel areas, assisting guests, and supporting housekeeping operations. The role includes routine cleaning and periodic deep-cleaning projects, keeping supplies organized, and reporting maintenance needs. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public and designated hotel areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, and empty trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
