About The Position

As a Houseperson, you play an essential role behind the scenes—supporting the team by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay.

Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and support team operations.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment throughout shift.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset.
  • Reliable, professional, and safety-focused.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
  • Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
  • Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
  • Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
  • Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
  • Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
