We’re looking for a Houseperson / Public Areas Attendant to help maintain the pristine presentation of our guest spaces and public areas. As a Houseperson / Public Areas Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas, guest room corridors, stairwells, and restrooms, as well as supporting the housekeeping team with supplies, linen delivery, and special requests. Your work ensures that every guest encounters a clean, safe, and luxurious environment throughout the property. Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Requirements

Basic English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor with a commitment to cleanliness and guest service
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, janitorial, or housekeeping support roles

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, meeting spaces, and outdoor grounds
Stock linen closets and deliver supplies to Room Attendants
Respond to guest and staff requests promptly and professionally
Support laundry and housekeeping operations
Safely handle cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety standards
Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to supervisors
Maintain guest privacy and hotel property security at all times
