Requirements

  • Previous experience in floor care, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various floor types and their cleaning requirements.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address cleanliness issues.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine floor cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques for different floor types.
  • Address spills, stains, and accidents promptly to maintain a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs related to flooring promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address their concerns regarding floor care.
