About The Position

We are currently hiring a Houseperson / Laundry Attendant to support housekeeping and laundry operations while also covering the front desk during the Night Auditor’s breaks. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting with laundry, delivering guest requests, and providing front desk coverage during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Comfortable assisting guests during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Open availability preferred

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping, laundry, or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, breakfast area, and public restrooms)
• Support the housekeeping team by stocking supplies and removing soiled linens
• Assist with laundry (wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels)
• Perform property walks and help maintain overall cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Deliver guest requests such as towels, linens, and toiletries
• Cover the front desk during the Night Auditor’s breaks and assist guests as needed
• Help keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized
• All other duties as assigned
