About The Position

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public and employee areas throughout the hotel while assisting the Housekeeping Department as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public restrooms, employee restrooms, and pool restrooms.
• Clean and maintain the pool room and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain the hotel lobby and hallways.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies.
• Collect and take hotel trash to the dumpster.
• Keep public areas clean, safe, and presentable for guests and employees.
• Assist Room Attendants and the Housekeeping Department as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other problems to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
