About The Position
The Quality Control team provides support in all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness in all areas of the property. Provides superior guest service, assists with inter-departmental communications, and compliance with cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the public areas of the hotel
- Deep clean assigned areas as requested
- Assist Front Desk staff with maintenance of complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events
- Clean and set-up meeting room functions with assistance from Director of Sales
- Restocking housekeeping stations
- Delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
- Driving shuttle van when needed
