What it's like to be a Houseman As a Full-Time Houseman at Sun Hospitality Resort Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional guest experience. You'll begin each shift by ensuring the hotel's common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. This includes sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the outdoor spaces to uphold our standards of excellence. You'll assist housekeeping by supporting room turnovers, delivering linen and supplies with efficiency and care. Communication is key, so expect to collaborate closely with housekeeping staff and management to address any guest requests promptly. In addition to maintaining cleanliness, you'll help with inventory management and ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working order. Your commitment to safety will be paramount as you adhere to all protocols, ensuring a secure environment for both guests and staff.
