Houseperson assists the Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisors and Room Attendants in performing their duties more effectively and efficiently. This role is responsible for cleaning public areas to ensure hotel cleanliness standards are met. Duties include managing monthly inventories of supplies, mixing and issuing cleaning agents, maintaining clean and stocked linen storerooms, assisting Room Attendants with soiled linen and trash, delivering guest amenities, and performing deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing carpets and waxing floors.
