About The Position
Dakota Alpha is a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, ND, specializing in brain injury rehabilitation. As North Dakota's only facility of its kind, we are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Housekeeping staff to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or successful experience in other housekeeping/laundry work settings
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
- Handle laundry and perform minor repairs to facility linens and adaptive equipment
- Maintain supplies and replace light bulbs
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as tending flower plots or applying de-icer
- Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines
- Support a positive, team-oriented environment
