About The Position
This is a hands-on housekeeping position within our 45-unit lodge and cabin property. During peak season, the work is physically active and fast-paced, with daytime shifts focused on maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You'll be part of a supportive team that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for individuals seeking reliable employment, a structured routine, and easy access to world-class hiking, wildlife, and outdoor recreation. The position offers seasonal employment until October, with opportunities for extended or year-round employment for the right candidates. Requirements
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort performing physical work and repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Basic spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and cabins to established quality standards
- Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, vacuum floors, and remove waste
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Report maintenance concerns and follow health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily housekeeping goals
