About The Position
This role is for an AM Server/PM Host at HI Lake Louise. The position involves delivering high-quality customer service to cafe guests by greeting and serving them in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. The schedule includes 3 AM serving shifts and 2 PM hosting shifts per week. The company offers a unique experience with subsidized housing, fun activities, a relaxed working environment, free HI membership, and free stays at other HI Hostels and ACC huts. Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- Prior cash management and customer service experience
- A friendly and personable attitude
- Comfortable working during the nighttime hours
- Successful candidates will be subject to comprehensive background checks, including employment verification, reference checks, educational qualifications verification, and criminal record checks where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality customer service to cafe guests by greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
- Working 3 AM serving shifts and 2 PM Hosting shifts.
