About The Position

This is a part-time housekeeping position with evening and weekend shifts. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various facilities, including classrooms, gymnasiums, pool areas, and fitness centers. Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, floors, and restrooms, managing trash and recycling, and assisting with event setup and teardown. The position requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Solid Grasp of English
  • 1-year experience in commercial building cleaning
  • Must be able to lift 40 pound loads
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Enjoy young children
  • Be flexible
  • Considerable walking and standing

Responsibilities

  • Clear and clean tables
  • Dust, sweep, mop and scrub floors
  • Run floor machine
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Remove all trash to dumpsters
  • Clean and maintain gymnasiums, pool areas, fitness center & health clubs
  • Put away classroom toys, and stack chairs
  • Empty outside trash cans and recycling bins
  • Clean and maintain all restrooms and restroom supplies
  • Assist in maintaining grounds and facility
  • Set up and tear down events as required
