About The Position

This is an evening, temporary, part-time position lasting approximately 8 weeks. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM–10:30 PM, and Friday, 12 PM–5 PM. The Housekeeping role maintains clean, orderly, and safe facilities and common spaces, keeps supplies stocked, and reports safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
• Good interpersonal skills and a polite, courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors.
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a medical office or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and empty trash containers.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing shared facilities and common spaces.
• Wash windows.
• Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Examine the property for safety hazards and report problems to the Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Perform other related duties as required.
