This position involves performing the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our community. The primary purpose is to ensure our community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, as directed by the Administrator and/or Director. The role requires understanding, incorporating, and demonstrating the Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors of Trinity Health and Trinity Senior Living Communities in all behaviors, practices, and decisions. It also involves consistently demonstrating Sanctuary Values to all internal and external customers (residents, visitors, volunteers, and associates) to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and a calm environment throughout the community, and executing assignments in a shared and collaborative culture across all divisions within TSLC.
