About The Position

This is a full-time Housekeeping position with a shift of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The role involves maintaining the inside of the building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash, and upkeep of vinyl floors. It also includes maintaining the grounds, such as outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal. Additionally, the position requires preparing apartments for move-in and completing refurbishing of units after move-out, as well as implementing and documenting preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment.

Requirements

Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time and may be required to move furniture.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living

Responsibilities
