The ideal candidate has previous cleaning experience, a customer service mindset, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Customer service mindset – Friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable (for all the right reasons).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina – You can lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift
- Flexible schedule – Early mornings, weekends, holidays?
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and surfaces are free of dust.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linen.
- Keep the housekeeping cart and closets organized.
- Pitch in with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
