We are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Turndown Attendant will provide turndown service and clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. The Turndown Attendant will be responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. The ideal candidate will adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort standards and will exemplify the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa. We have a Part-Time position available. This role is a P.M. position. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Requirements

• At least 1-year prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to exert physical effort in being able to transport turndown cart and clean 310/28 rooms per shift.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
