Housekeeping Technician
About The Position
St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a Housekeeping Technician to maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings. The role may require traveling from one facility to another without assistance. The technician responds to and initiates communication using phones, handheld radios, pagers, and similar devices. St. Francis Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare institution in Los Angeles offering diagnostic and treatment services across specialties including cardiovascular care, surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, pediatrics, behavioral health, and emergency and trauma care. It also provides community health education and outreach programs.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively.
Nice To Haves
- One year of knowledge of acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices, and procedures is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
