About The Position

The Housekeeping Teammate will be the advocate for our guests, consistently meeting their expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. This role is responsible for projecting a professional image and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Key duties include bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests' cars.

Responsibilities

• Greet, make eye contact and thank each guest serviced.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations.
• Project a professional manner in accordance with dress code and personal grooming policies.
• Work in a safe manner and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Fill all guest orders with great care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts, and carry outs.
• Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels on Front End supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
