About The Position

The Housekeeping Team Member helps keep the club clean, safe, organized, and welcoming. The role covers locker rooms, fitness areas, the spa, Kids Zone, high-traffic areas, and other club spaces, and includes operating the laundry room and greeting members. Team members follow supervisor guidelines and contribute to events, programs, and special Service Days as assigned. This is a part-time position with weekend availability required and possible work on other shifts when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to walk, bend, stretch, remain on one’s feet, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to wear a vacuum backpack and operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Able to work weekends and potentially other shifts when needed.
• Some prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a bonus but is not required.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and an ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain locker rooms, fitness areas, the spa, Kids Zone, high-traffic areas, and other club spaces.
• Keep club areas clean, safe, neat, and welcoming, and assist in any area as needed.
• Operate the laundry room and industrial laundry equipment.
• Greet members and guests warmly and provide outstanding service in accordance with acac’s FiveStar principles.
• Follow supervisor guidelines and communicate clearly, respectfully, and promptly.
• Assist with events, programs, activities, and special Service Days as assigned.
• Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings.
• Arrive on time and ready to work, maintain a positive attitude, and follow the Team Member Handbook and club policies.
