Housekeeping Team Member - Women's Locker Room (Weekends)

About The Position

The Housekeeping Team Member helps keep the club clean, safe, organized, and welcoming, including locker rooms, fitness areas, the spa, the Kids Zone, and other club areas. The role includes maintaining high-traffic areas, operating the laundry room and industrial laundry equipment, and greeting members with a friendly, helpful attitude. Team members follow supervisor guidance, contribute to club-wide cleanliness, and support events, programs, and Service Days as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to walk, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Able to stay on their feet and move around during the shift.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing to wear a vacuum backpack and operate industrial laundry equipment.
Comfortable working weekends and potentially other shifts when needed.
Show up on time, communicate clearly and respectfully, work as a team player, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

Some prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain locker rooms, fitness areas, the spa, the Kids Zone, and other club spaces.
Identify and maintain cleanliness and safety in high-traffic areas.
Operate the laundry room and industrial laundry equipment.
Greet members warmly and provide helpful service.
Follow supervisor guidelines and perform work with attention to detail.
Assist with cleaning in any area of the club when needed.
Assist with events, programs, activities, and Service Days as assigned.
Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings.
Respond promptly to work-related correspondence.
Follow the Team Member Handbook, park in designated team member areas, and deliver outstanding service according to acac’s FiveStar principles.
