Housekeeping Team Associate
About The Position
The Housekeeping Team Associate keeps guest rooms clean, supplied, and presentable. The role includes preparing a housekeeping cart, completing either a “light touch” or “full clean” as appropriate, and reporting room maintenance needs to the front desk and other team members. Associates maintain a professional appearance, including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment. The position is physically demanding and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting. Travel outside the property and surrounding areas is little to none.
Requirements
- Be neat, organized, and efficient.
- Be able to handle physically challenging work.

- Know how to select appropriate cleaning tools and cleaning products.
- Be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Stock the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies to plan the day efficiently.
- Report room maintenance needs to front desk staff and other team members.
- Understand and effectively complete both “light touch” and “full clean” room service.
- Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock rooms, and replace room and bathroom amenities.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment.
