Housekeeping Team Associate
About The Position
The Housekeeping Team Associate maintains guest rooms by preparing a housekeeping cart, completing light-touch and full-clean services, vacuuming floors, changing sheets, and restocking or replacing room and bathroom amenities. The associate reports room maintenance needs to front desk staff and other team members and maintains a professional appearance, including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment. The role is physically demanding and involves little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas. The position is managed by OTO Development and reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
- Be neat, organized, and efficient.
- Be comfortable with physically challenging work.
- Value a job well done and take pride in presenting spotless rooms.
- Know how to select appropriate cleaning tools and cleaning products.
Responsibilities
- Stock the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies to plan the workday efficiently.
- Report room maintenance needs to front desk staff and other team members.
- Complete both light-touch and full-clean room services effectively.
- Vacuum floors, change sheets, and restock or replace room and bathroom amenities.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment.
