Requirements

A high school education or equivalent experience
One to two years of employment related experience
Working knowledge of housekeeping
Supervisory skills
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management and guests
Ability to operate a two-way radio
Ability to operate cleaning and general office equipment, including a computer
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Operation Associates on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
Assess inventory, assign rooms for cleaning and inspect rooms
Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms
Monitor work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts
Communicate and coordinate with Engineering to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas
Perform Room Attendant and/or Operation Associate duties, as needed
Assist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Operation Associates, as needed
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative work relationship with all hotel departments
Performs any other duties as requested by your manager
