As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will: Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay. Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards. Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures. Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing, answering questions and providing clear direction. Inspects and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy. Assist in training and development of both existing and new staff members. Report engineering issues according to established company procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering top-notch customer service. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with HotSOS, property management system preferred.
