The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the supervision of the Housekeeping staff and to insure the overall cleanliness of the property. This role involves driving a company vehicle and requires a valid driver's license. The supervisor will handle guest complaints, inspect guest rooms, provide office support, prepare housekeeping reports, and communicate maintenance and room status issues. They will also be knowledgeable about cleaning products and safety regulations, inspect VIP and public areas, and manage special projects. The position includes overseeing staff, conducting inspections, providing training and feedback, and analyzing reports to update room status.
