About The Position
As the Housekeeping Supervisor at the Renaissance Shoals, you will be at the forefront of our housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead and motivate a passionate team, manage daily housekeeping operations, and ensure a consistently pristine environment throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring everything is in perfect order and in line with Renaissance Shoals’ high standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and excellent service delivery.
