The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met. They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests. This role involves overseeing housekeeping associates, ensuring proper coverage, inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repair, providing feedback to room attendants, and ensuring associates have the necessary supplies and PPE. The supervisor also trains associates on safety standards, completes accident investigations, performs housekeeping duties, verifies room status, and monitors the cleanliness of the hotel's exterior. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, along with other duties as assigned.
