Supervise Room Attendants, Houseman, Inspectors and Lobby Attendants to ensure each employee is working in assigned areas and the cleaning of hotel rooms and other areas are completed. This position directly supervises employees under the direction of the Department Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and assisting in corrective actions of employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
