Assist housekeeping manager/executive housekeeping in daily operations, maintaining overall cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms and public area. Ensure guests are satisfied with cleanliness of room, respond to guest needs, ensure safety and security of rooms, maintain inventories and cost control, selecting, training, maintaining, and managing a skilled team. Establish a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.
