Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Strong leadership and communication skills daily to guide and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Organizational skills are essential for managing schedules, inventory, and workflow to maintain smooth operations.
• Problem-solving abilities help address guest concerns and operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols ensures compliance with health regulations and promotes a safe working environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling and inventory software enhances accuracy and efficiency in managing resources and staff assignments.
