Requirements
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform job requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage budgets, optimize staffing, control inventory, and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
- Promptly address guest concerns and implement programs to enhance their experience.
