The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. This role involves developing schedules for the housekeeping team, communicating cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members, conducting daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies, and ensuring the safety of the community. The supervisor will also coordinate the cleaning of rent-ready and move-in-ready apartments, train new and existing staff in community and state-required policies and procedures, and be responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.
