About The Position

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at HGI Ponte Vedra, you will:
lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our Hotel.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness,
overseeing daily housekeeping operations, and addressing any guest concerns related to housekeeping services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and order new supplies as needed
• Respond to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping
