About The Position
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will directly oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members. This role requires a leader with great care and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness standards, training new staff, assigning and inspecting cleaning tasks, maintaining inventory of supplies, and handling guest requests and complaints.
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor
- Great care and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly
- Able to speak professionally with guests, manager, and colleagues
- Able to work nights and weekends
