About The Position

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will supervise the housekeeping team, directly impact guest stays, and ensure sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. You will work closely with Housekeeping Management to ensure all standards are met and guests have a clean and hazard-free stay. This position requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and a desire to care for others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Experience in a similar size hotel (357+ rooms), preferably full-service and upscale independent.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback for growth.
Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Flexible schedule availability.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
