About The Position

We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor! This role requires open availability for both weekday and weekend shifts. Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisor role within full-service hotel housekeeping. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will directly oversee housekeeping, laundry, lobby attendants, and houseperson team members. You will assign work to Room Attendants and train associates in housekeeping duties, potentially performing cleaning duties yourself. You will also post room occupancy records, adjust guest complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment, and write requisitions for room supplies and furniture renovation or replacements. Additionally, you will examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear, check and count linens and supplies, and aid in budget control through supervision of employees’ use of linen, supplies, and equipment. You will record inspection results and notify cleaning personnel of inadequacies, communicate with other hotel departments regarding problems needing their attention, and ensure key control policies are followed. The role also involves taking the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Requirements
