This is a Full Time Position. The Lead Housekeeping Associate provides daily supervision to employees responsible for day-to-day activities related to housekeeping and laundry services to ensure that the community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Along with providing supervision, as needed this individual will perform the day-to-day activities related to housekeeping and laundry services to ensure that the community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. In the absence of the department director, the Lead Housekeeping Associate assumes administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the department.

Requirements

Provides daily supervision to employees responsible for day-to-day activities related to housekeeping and laundry services.
Performs day-to-day activities related to housekeeping and laundry services as needed.
Assumes administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the department in the absence of the department director.

Responsibilities

Performs activities daily related to housekeeping and laundry services to ensure excellent customer service in a timely manner.
Cleans and maintains all areas of the community including resident rooms, public areas, rest rooms, offices, corridors and other communal areas as directed.
Maintains all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals is a safe and responsible manner according to company, state, and federal procedures/guidelines.
