About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and presentation. This position works closely with Guest Room Attendants (GRAs) to uphold departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provides hands-on training and coaching, and ensures that cleaning expectations are consistently met through teamwork and effective oversight.
