Housekeeping Supervisor- Full Time
About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. This role involves developing schedules for the housekeeping team, communicating cleaning schedule changes, conducting daily inspections, coordinating cleaning of apartments, and training staff. The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and efficient.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of housekeeping experience required
- 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services

Responsibilities
- Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
- Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
- Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
- Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
- Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
- Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team
