About The Position

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Whitewater is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead their housekeeping team. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, leading by example, and making a difference every day. The role requires a leader who loves teamwork, takes pride in creating sparkling clean spaces, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. The ideal candidate will help keep operations running smoothly each day, jump in and assist wherever needed, and create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail.

Requirements

• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach over shoulders repetitively.
• Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to effectively interact with Team Members and guest.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Comparable hotel size and scope of experience preferred
