Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store them properly.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with organizing and managing cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing concerns or requests professionally.
