About The Position
BEL Oak of Gainesville is hiring full-time housekeeping team members to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The role involves cleaning resident rooms and shared spaces, as well as washing, folding, and putting away linens and residents’ personal items. Team members are expected to work positively and efficiently and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Desire to work with older adults and provide exceptional customer service.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, or other institutional setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
- Clean rooms, common areas, the dining room, offices, and other areas.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Wash, fold, and put away linens and personal items for the facility and its residents.
