About The Position

The Housekeeping Specialist maintains a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests and ensures sanitation standards throughout the buildings. The role includes cleaning floors, resident and guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to provide comfort and enhance the appearance of the environment.

This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., based in Notre Dame, Indiana, with the Congregation of Holy Cross, US Province.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of technology and standard office equipment, mainly computers.

Nice To Haves

• Six or more months of relevant experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a public setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Ensure sanitation standards throughout the buildings.
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean resident and guest rooms.
• Freshen bathrooms and tidy common areas.
